Moroccan Night


-40 ml White Gold Premium

-200g Figs

-100 ml water

-100 g Sugar

-1 Vanilla Bean

-30 ml Lemon Juice

-50-100 ml Soda Water




1) Boil the water and add the sugar, the figs and the vanilla seeds to it. The seeds are found inside the vanilla bean, it needs to be cut in half and the seeds scraped out with a spoon. Cook for about 5 minutes then strain into a glass container/bottle and let it cool down. 

2) Once the syrup has cooled down, add it along with the vodka and lemon juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake thoroughly.

3) Strain into a tall glass and add the soda water. 

4) Serve and decorate with fresh figs!
